(the Privacy Policy) and the terms of use accessible in the App (the Terms). This Privacy
Policy and the Terms affect your legal rights and obligations so please read them carefully. If

accessible. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Privacy Policy so that you are
aware of any changes to it.

Collection of Personal Data from Facebook

To use the App, you must register an account either by signing in using your Facebook login
or directly on the App. You authorise Hooof to access and store your Facebook member
profile data and to share your profile data within the App.

Collecting of Personal Data through the App

The personal data that you provide to register directly with the App will be made available
to other users. We may also collect your personal data through your use of the App, either
automatically or as provided by you through your interactions with other users of the App.
When you use the App, we automatically collect and store information about your
computer, browser or mobile device and your activities. This information could include (1)
your mobile device's unique ID number; (2) your mobile device's geographic location at any
time; (3) your IP address: (4) technical information about your mobile device such as type of
device, web browser or operating system; (5) your preferences and settings such as time
zone and language; (6) how long you used the App and which services and features you
used. We do not use non-identifiable information to form analysis.

Use of the Information

We may use your personal information to (1) manage your account and provide the services
and support you request; (2) prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities and enforce
the Terms; (3) customise, measure and improve our services, content and advertising; (4)
tell you about our services; (5) better understand our users, diagnose and fix problems; and
(6) sell and display offers and ads that may be relevant to you. We may also use the data
that you provide to compile aggregate user data, on an anonymous basis, and share that
data with third parties. While the App is in use, we keep track of your device's geographic
location so that we can connect you to other users based on your particular geographic
location.

Mobile device IDs

We allow analytics companies to use tracking technologies to collect information about our
users’ computers or mobile devices and their online activities. These companies analyse this
information to help us understand how the App is being used. Unlike cookies, this tracking
technology cannot be deleted. In order to recognize you, store your preferences, and track
your use of the App, we may store your mobile device IDs (the unique identifier assigned to
a device by the manufacturer) when you use the App.

Marketing

When you register, you consent to receive email or text messages from us. You can choose
to no longer receive emails or text from us by notifying us at: request@hooofapp.com. The
App may also deliver notifications to your phone or mobile device. You can disable these
notifications in your device's settings in your account under “Settings" or by deleting the
relevant application.

General & Security

We take appropriate security measures (including physical, electronic and procedural
measures) to help safeguard your personal information from unauthorised access and
disclosure. The technology that we use and the security policies which we have
implemented are intended to safeguard your information from unauthorised access and
improper use. However, no system can be completely secure. Therefore, although we take
steps to secure your information, we do not promise that your personal information, or
other communications will always remain secure.
If any provision of this Privacy Policy is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid or unenforceable, then such provision shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to
reflect the intentions of the parties and all other provisions shall remain in full force and
effect. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law
and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
